Hi all,

I don't know if this helps any, but Lester does make 12 volt 50 amp chargers 
that run on 120 VAC.  The Surplus Center (800-488-3407) lists them new for 
$349.50, ('98 catalog, I can't find the new one).  Thats not cheap, but not 
too bad.  I suspect with a bit of scrounging, you could find a good used 
one.  Of course you might be able to round up a hefty transformer and build 
your own.
