This looks like yet another internet hoax.  I haven't been able to find
anything about a Cell-phone or Pager igniting an explosion, and I'm pretty
sure that would be a BIG news item.

I check all of the big news agencies (CNN etc.) and a place called
Firehouse.COM which just reports news about fires and firemen etc.  NADA,
not one article that mentioned cell phone setting off fires.
