  I set the voltage/ current with rpm. 1 and three wire mean differant
things. I mean one wire to the feild (remove reg. if it has one) and
one output wire to the battery and battery - to alt. case. For 120 volt
pack you need 400vdc diodes at least. As it takes 160vdcto charge a
120v pack you need to turn it 6k to8k rpms. Chrysler uses motorola. It
will charge both packs by adjusting rpm. You may want to go to a bigger
alt like lee hart is trying to sell cheaply for the 120 pack .
