A and B do the same thing, however B can handle much more power and you can
determine how much power it will deflect around a battery (by choosing your
own external load resistor).  "A" is currently not available but hopefully
will be available again soon, and B is currently available. "A" mounts
right on a battery (there are pros and cons to that), "B" is remote
mounted. "A" is moisture resistant, "B" is not resistant to moisture and
must be kept totally dry. "C" is totally different and I know nothing about
them, except the makers words (I take with a grain of salt).
