Silver blue EV1 license ZEV belongs to Jerry Hudgins. Jerry lives in
Point Reyes Station.
Check http://ev1-club.power.net/vin.html where you can search by
license number, etc.
Jerry's charger is listed as a public charger for emergency use on the
Bay Area inductive charger list! It's outside his house in Point
Reyes Station.
