And Lee goes on to explain in detail why the Avcon CCID20 + GM/I system
won't provide the safety that is claimed.
             (CCID20 = charge current interrupt device with 20 ma trip
              GM/I = ground monitor/interrupt)

But Lee, you assumed from the beginning that a non-isolated onboard charger
is used.  That's a no-no from the start, isn't it?  What happens to your
argument if an isolated charger is used?  I'm not challenging your
analysis; I'm looking to become further educated on the subject.
