If it's street legal, Farmers and State Farm will insure it. If your insurance refuses
to insure it, contact the Department of Insurance and Finance. They don't set the rates
(your insurance company can charge whatever they wish) but, if your state requires motor
insurance, and the car is street licensed, they will help you smooth out the process.
