I knew I should have checked their website instead of trying it from memory
(too many useless facts floating around in my head, I get them mixed up
sometimes)

The FAQ on their website mentioned that the normal SG for these batteries is
1.25 not 1.28 like I said.  The FAQ mentioned that a Hydrometer would only
read 1/2 way when the batteries were fully charged.
