Went back to Radio Shack for Batteries.

It turns out that the NiMH 2200mah batteries are surpassed by the c cell
High capacity Nicads at 2300.  The D's are 4500.  They are 6.99 each and in
this case the D's are a better deal with twice the capacity of the NiMH.  At
$10.00 for a pair the D cells aren't worth it.  But in the C cells the NiMH
are a better deal.  Can't figure it out other than the NiCad technology is
more advanced.  Lawrence Rhodes....
