need help FM 200

I need to know if anyone knows how to take apart a model FM 200 Hughes 
Magna Charge floor model.  All I have is broken front and rear panels and
lower 
counterweights in view.  I applied 208 volts and nothing!  Who ever
designed 
this charger did an excellent job of making it nearly impossible to
steal.
How much is the vehicle port and I suppose I can only get it from Hughes?

I got one  in extremely sad shape and presummed not working from trash.
Guess what. It dont work but then I need vehicle port?  To send DATA back
to unit?
