Factual?  Probably.  Misleading? Definitely!

How many EV-1s and Honda EV+s are/were *available* outside of CA and AZ? The 
Ranger is the only production EV offered elsewhere, and that is only as of 
recently.  It was originally only available to fleets.  I personally 
wouldn't even know that it was available to the general public if it were 
not for the EVDL.  I sure as hell haven't seen one advertisement for it.  
You can't just go to any Ford dealer and get it, either.
