I have learned a lot from this list over the years as many others have. Not
being much for the stage I am an admitted lurker. Reading the list has become
quite habit forming. I think this is a good habit. While I suppose Hydrogen and
Fuel Cells are quite controversial among battery purists I think the time has
come to take them as a real possibility, EVEN if we are several years away from
mom and pop driving down the road with only water and the sounds of an ol'
worn out Queens Greatest Hits II cassete tape being emmited from the vehicle.
Like it or not the catalyst for electric vehicles wide acceptance MAY be right
before us and it MIGHT NOT be the in the form your "typical" "advanced"
battery. It would be a shame to keep the blinders on any longer. I would most
certainly vote for list expansion.
