Hmm, you have a battery venting during discharge?  It sounds like you're 
reversing a cell in that one module.  Not good.  You'd be better off just 
taking that battery out of the string and setting your charger's voltage 
lower.

Speaking of which, if the others are venting during charge, your 
charger's finish rate is probably too high.  If this continues, your 
batteries will dry out.
