Well, you "gained" 0.32-0.26=0.06 kwh in about 12 hours. That's a rate
of 60wh / 12h = 5 watts. Assuming a 120v pack, I = 5w / 120v = 0.042a.
1. The E-meter itself have an offset error of 42mA. (I.e. the E-meter
thinks that 0v on the shunt is 42ma).
2. The E-meter's shunt wires are faulty or hooked up wrong (picking up
noise, thermal emf, voltage drops, etc.
3. You have some load connected to the E-meter shunt wrong.
4. You have a ground fault that's causing a leakage current through the
shunt.
