~s NATdS Report #1: The 11th Annual NESEA American Tour de Sol -- Who's Coming?
It is that time of year, again. For those of us with a bug for electric
transportation, and electric cars, trucks and buses in particular, it
is the time when we look forward to the NESEA American Tour de Sol.
This year the route goes from the New York City area, through New Jersey,
into Deleware, Maryland and ends in Washington DC.
The list of 48 vehicles, below, (40 competing entrants, 5 DEMONSTRATION
vehicles not in competition, and 3 control vehicles) was found on the
sponsor's web site, www.NESEA.org . In particular, the Tour de Sol pages
start at
http://www.NESEA.org/transportation/
Your's truly intends to be your eyes and ears again this year. (Last
year's effort was reduced due to health and career events.)
So please come along with us. Visit the web site for more details,
and make plans to attend one of our public displays.
