Sounds like a DO-8 or DO-9 (newer DO-205B) package. Can't find CEHCO,
but International Rectifier uses this package for diodes rated from 250
to 600 amps. From the part number, I'd guess it is a 300 amp Silicon
400v diode, Polarity normal (stud is cathode), built in week 41 of 1988.
