Please include one more shock hazzard prevention, connect the 3rd prong on
your plugin to the vehicle frame. My buggy can barely manage 1ma ground
current, but if the frame is not grounded its still a quick twitch when you
touch it (that fails to trip a GFI - also a good idea to add to the
non-isolated charger).
