RE: EV License Plates

I've collected what I found on-list, added a few more I know of, and put
them in alphabetical order as a list. I didn't count spaces in this as many
are 7 digits long, but many states only allow 6. I would have done columns,
but there are many different e-mail programs out there, and some might
choke up (including mine). I've added some, please feel free to add any
more you know of. "xx" or "xxx" indicates your voltage as a number. I have
included a "-" in one I added, WA allows that (otherwise only letters or
numbers).
