I wouldn't take this as very current.  AVERE is a useful source, but it 
has mostly outdated information on available EVs.

This list of EVs in Europe was originally prepared for EVS-14, I think 
(somebody correct me if I'm wrong).   It seems to be frozen in time at 
about 1996 or 1997.  It still lists the Pivco Citibee and says nothing 
about the Think, for example.
