Regarding us Arizona EVers...

For *any* EV/charging station credits and grants, the definitive
answers can be had from the AZ Dept. of Commerce - Energy Office.
Contact Jennifer Hindeman (not sure of spelling). It's her job to
understand the alternative fuel legislation. Give her the challenge of
explaining this vague law.

I have her business card *somewhere.* If I find it, I'll pass along
her contact info.
