Electrifying my 914 (was: AZ Alt Fuel/EV Credits)

Let me make sure I have this correct.  If I become an Arizona resident and
convert my 914 to electric, the state will give me $10,000?

If this is true, I'm going to convert it.  I never drive it more than 30 or
40 miles anyway and recently with the high gas prices I haven't been driving
it much at all.   The only reason I haven't converted it yet is because I
don't have the $5,000-$7,000 needed to do a good conversion.

Let's see, I want a fairly high performance vehicle that comes in under the
$10,000.
8 or 9 inch ADC?
A whole bunch of YTs, say 156V or higher.
One of the lizard controllers perhaps?

What do you folks think, any sugestions?
