Yes, main shunt between pack negative and everything else. 
(this one for batt. amps and measuring AHs in and out)

Secondary shunt between controller and
motor meausures actual amps to motor.

(can be big differences, good for troubleshooting)

Analog ammeter seems to be preference for
motor amps. (easy to read at a glance)
