Re: Mil Surplus NICADS
Watch out hauling large nicad batteries home. You may be setting yourself up for
a toxic nightmare! There are very few (if any) recycling places that will accept
these batteries any longer. And even if you can find a place that will accept
them, you have to ship them via hazardous freight rates. You thought having a
leaking, buried oil tank could be a problem? You haven't lived till you see what
happens when the toxic police find a cadmium spill! No kidding guys, it would be
better to move to Columbia and find a new identity. I strongly suggest looking
into how the hell you're going to get rid of these things once you've got 'em.
