I have taken Marty's point and changed the title
wording on the page. 

I am a little glad Marty made this mistake.
Bob, I think you can relate to this ...

Sometimes you get privy to information like this and
you want to scream it to everyone in a passionate
moment of EV joy ... 

I am in anticipation of when they are available.
I still have no word of when the Smart will be 
available, nor in what manner (nEV or real EV).

Perhaps the automakers are still waiting for that
other CARB show to drop (... Come on September!)
