Umm yea I did, and Ummm this scares me a bit... it's what I want to
build, except that I want us all to beable to program it for just about
any motor that we can find good or Bad. For $5000 it's a bit pricey, but
hey it says Seimans on it...
I was told 50K peak maybe a bit more so for that number it's over
priced, if it can do 100Kw more or less all the time, hey it's just the
ticket.
Impressive motor, obvious inverter grade motor, smallish spline shaft
but... useable. Probably won't swing a flywheel and clutch. The inverter
was LARGE, about 30 iches long and just under a foot wide. This still
beats a ACP by about %30 less volume. Hey it's water cooled.
Somebody needs to put one of these in something and drive it to tell us
more. Victor needs to build and drive one of these to a OEVA meeting,
then we all can see how it works in a real system.
I certainly would not buy it until I drove it or one of it's close
cousins. Sales and service and the technical know how to actualy
program and configure this unit, may be it's stumbling point. Victor will
have to translate documents and support his customers very carfully.
