So Jason, you don't think that (quoting Howard Beale from the movie
Network) "the air is unfit to breath, the food unfit to eat...", some
cancer rates have gone up over 200%, etc., due to fossil fuel use?

According to the US DOE Transportation Energy Data Book, it will take 62
years to consume the ultimate (not just proved) oil reserves at the current
rate of consumption (U.S. is 26% of world consumption, and ~6% of world
population!).

Do any of you have kids? I do, and I want to leave them with a habitable
planet!

(oil!), they're both bought and paid for!
