I've been reading that same press release off and on for about six or seven
years.  If there was ANY truth to it we would have seen something on the
road by now.

P.S. A fairly successful BS checker for news releases like this.  First of
all is it from a reputable source?  Also look for key phrases like:
"Scientists say" or "A University Professor" where they don't give you the
actual names of the so-called scientist or professor.
Finally be very skeptical of any "New Breakthrough" unless you can verify
it's operation yourself, or at least have it verified by someone you trust
(not some so-called "Professor" you've never heard of).
