Bob, your numbers are off a bit I think. I don't know the spec on the battery boost solar panels, but I based my estimate on this product which is probably close to it:

Also, your 3kWh/mile (I assume you meant Wh not W) figure is very high and is probably closer to the 0.3kWh a previous poster mentioned.
