Solar panels

It's probably not even that good. A 25W panel would be at least 18" square.
Most of the cig light panels I've seen are in the 2 to 5 watt range.

I don't even think NASA uses cells that good yet. Most of the ones on the
market are 12-14% for the good ones and about 1/2 that for the cheaper
amorphous cells (the ones that look like one flat sheet rather than a bunch
of individual cells).
