Hi folks, I recently ran across a webpage with a picture of a solar electric car at: http://www.geocities.com/photovoltaics.geo/BIPVSOLARELECTRICAR.html I emailed the webpage owner, but so far I have not received any reply. Does anyone know anything about this? It looks to me like either a very good model, not a real car, but if anyone is familiar with it, I am curious to know what it is all about.
