I have been doing my battery voltage logging at the end of my drive,
before plugging the charger in. I will try waiting an hour and see how
different they are.
Incidentally, 23 of my 24 8 volt batteries are staying within a .05 volt
range. There is one that is consistently .08 or .09 less than the
highest readings, and I have not been able to change that by individual
charging. I wonder if I should change it out now for one of my 2
remaining spares, or continue to monitor it?
