You want a truck?  So does everybody else (but they want them with big 
gas engines).  

Seems to me that you'd have an easier time finding a glider if you'd 
settle for a vehicle type that's not quite so popular.  Even around NE 
Ohio where I live, pickups sell quickly (for top dollar) while subcompact 
cars just sit on the used car lots.

On the other hand one of the cardinal rules of EV conversion is, "don't 
put all that work into something you don't really want to own and drive."

My first thought was that you might do just as well to shop for a used 
converted pickup, and ship it in.  But I don't see any on the EV Trading 
Post right now, other than a US Electricar S-10.  Maybe the higher gas 
prices have cleaned out some of the used EV inventory.

How about it -- anybody on the list know of decent used pickup 
conversions for Mark?
