In 1992, I had a tough time finding a S-10 Blazer that was
what I wanted and at an affordable price. Then a friend
said to try an auto dismantler. Use your yellow pages for
one.
I got just what I wanted for about $2k in good shape:
2 wheel drive, manual tranny, no air conditioning, no
power sterring.
Also, you can search the mini ad flyers at 7-eleven's and
search the internet for dead or parting out vehicles.
