Yes, what I wander was if the Chrysler could make it
(even with these limitations) in 1998, it should be
far better today. Or at least make this one available...

They say it's not practical, while many would buy it
even at <100 miles range, reasonably priced.
But, I haven't heard of ads or even existence of
Chrysler mini van EV of any kind...

Recent CARB thing comes to mind.
