Hi,

To "change your address" with a mailing list, you must unsubscribe your old 
address from the list, then subscribe your new address to the list.

The key thing to watch out for is that the unsubscribe request for your old 
email address MUST be sent from your old email account, while the subscribe 
request for your new email address must be sent from your new email 
account.

To subscribe to the list, follow the same procedure as for unsubscribing 
(described below) EXCEPT substitute the command

subscribe EV

instead of the unsubscribe command.

The instructions for unsubscribing were in the welcome message you received 
when you subscribed to the EV list; in case you no longer have that 
message, here are the instructions:

		********** HOW TO GET OFF THE LIST **********

To sign off from the list, email to listproc@listproc.sjsu.edu with the 
following
request:

			signoff EV
or
			unsubscribe EV

Note that the request must be in the BODY of the message, not the SUBJECT, 
and that it MUST be sent from the address which you wish to be unsubscribed 
from the list; otherwise it will have no effect.
