Have you ever had battery acid on your skin?  I have, no big deal.  Some
people get a slight rash from it.  Also by the time the battery is fully
discharged the acid is almost used up, it's basically water.  So assuming
our hypothetical accident happens somewhere between the EV being fully
charged and fully dead, you'll get something between a rash (maybe) and wet.
