I take it you mean watt-HOURS per mile.   My Solectria Force typically 
uses 150-225 wh/mile, depending on weather, speed, and terrain.  The 
lower figure is for very steady (few stops) 35-40 mph driving on the flat 
in fair weather.

The Force is a fairly light vehicle (2100 lb) with AC drive and 
regenerative braking, so this may be a little lower than the typical EV.
