Not quite a week, there are more costs involved in going Solar than just the
panels (Inverters, batteries, frames, etc.)  But basically you're right.  If
I could get even a $3 per watt rebate, I'd go Solar right now.  It might
take a couple years to break even with the Inverter, etc. costs; but that's
a deal I could live with.

With having to wait 20 years and the good possibility that something better
and cheaper will come along before that?  No I don't think so, at least not
me.
