Another 110/220 wiring question



Any European 220V electric tool/appliance will have one wire grounded
(and connected to the tool case if it's metal) and one hot, just like 
in the US one 120V - ground, one hot. So plugging this Euro appliance
in the us where BOTH 220V are hot implies that metal case is always
dangerously "hot" in the US, even if you manage to rotate polarized 
plug.

Solutions (other than obvious isolation transformer...)?
