If both the large set of batteries and the small set of batteries are the
same voltage and both lead acid, probably not.


If they are both the same voltage, dump charging is going to go extreeeemly
slow.

In order to quickly charge a battery you need to be able to bring it's cell
voltage up to at least 2.35V, your dump pack isn't going to be much above 2V
per cell.
