That sep-ex control is relatively new for GE. It's probably only been
around for 5 years or less.
It was probably an evaluation unit sent to Clark for vehicle testing.
It could have been tested or just sat on a shelf till they decided to clean
up the shop.
It might be a good buy for an E-mower if it actually works.

Label has separate field and armature ratings, so I assume it's for a shunt
("sep ex") motor?
