   Host it yourself.
Easiest way : set up a computer with linux. Red hat will come up with
apache working with a default file. Replace that with index.html and put
the rest in the directory.
 A lot of DSL and Cable providers give you dynamic IP that chage every
three days or so for security, so they say I think it has something to
do with wanting to charge you for web space. Then just subscribe to a
redirector on the internet. Ussually free. Download the ~14k file to the
linux box that detects the change in IP address and transmits it to the
DNS server so anyone anywhere still hits you..
