Hi Tim,

First off, I know very little about these cars.  But I think they were made
with pretty basic stuff.  Try an industrial supply house for the rubber
brake parts.  They may be generic hydraulic parts.  Bring the pieces you
want to match, and specify that the material must be compatible with
automotive brake fluid.  Bring the cylinders too - you might get lucky.
