CE and the EMI will be outragously though to meet. The bare power stage
in a plastic box wastes AM about at the end of the driveway, and over
loads FM at about 10 feet. This is probably not going to happen for a
long time. Since the power stage looks like a 5Kw 30Khz amplifier, with
the filters set to make power not eat is, well what can you expect. All
our efforts have been to reduce the RF noise injected back into the AC
mains, because I want that energy sent into the lead!
I am sure the Alum box will shield a lot of the power stage noise. But
this kind of stuff will travel into the output leads and into the
battery. Making the battery rack a RF antena. We have filter and modles
and simulations. But it's going to be tough.
	Neat side note:
Last year a buddie of my Dad's was trying to find the Woodburn drag
strip, Knowing that EVs would be running. On the Back road to the strip
he knew he was close when his radio went to a wierd static, and then a
bright yellow Sparrow blew by going the other way. Yup... gotta be
close.
