Agree this in principle.
	I have the old Ammo box charger. It' a SCR take it or leave it cycle by
cycle charger. NOT phase controlled.  
	Adding a 2 mH inductor before the bridge, allowed me to extract 8 amps
more current from the same circuit before it opened the breaker.
	So this very same inductor in line with one of the phase legs on a
Zivan charger just might be all that is needed to outsmart the AVcon
boxes.
	Then again if you put all this stuff inside , then you DO have a better
charger.
