Hi, Chris - I just about offered to send my electrician sown from Oregon
to do the job for that much money - but after you explained the details, I'm
glad I didn't offer :)
Why don't they just put a submeter on the 3-phase service, since from what
you said, I assume they aren't using the pump anymore.
