A proper Avcon install as used by the Th!nk requires a 240V 40A circuit as
I recall.

It really needs to be wired correctly so other EVs can use it in the
future.

Maybe they can find a better location that reduces some of the cost. Mind
you the cost really isn't that much when you consider how much a typical
facilities, electrical or parking project costs that companies do all the
time.
