Please.  Tesla's lost notes? Drawing electrons from the ground? Buried
Japanese gold?  The CIA?  Capturing Neutrinos?

Sounds like a plot for a Mel Brooks film .... or a Bond film.  

Where's 007?

I have the impression that Bruce Meland is the one with 'limited
knowledge', not anyone on the EV list.  That, and an over active
imagination.
