GFI trips instantly; Help please
Well, the Porche is almost ready for it's 3rd maiden voyage, and I'm eager
for a real EV grin.
But, the gfi on the russco tripped as soon as I turned it on. Never did that
before. Cleaned the batteries thoroughly; no joy.
Voltmeter from chassis ground to the pack showed the fault to be at the most
negative lead to the Curtis.
Disconnect that and it charges.
What do I do?
I thought of installing another contactor between the most negative terminal
and the controller, and I have the part, but there must be something I'm
missing...
Thanks in advance,
Ben Hazel
