RE: Why do my plain text emails only reach some people?

There is no problem sending from OutLook but you do need to do a little
set-up.

1) Reply to any email message from the list
2) Right click on the To: field and add the name to your personal addresses
3) Close and reject the email (don't send it)
4) Open your address book (under Tools)
5) Select the name you just added and change the Display name to something
nice like "EV List" - note no quotes in the field.
6) Make sure the box labelled 'Always send to this recipient in rich test'
is NOT ticked.
7) Click on Send Options
8) Tick the box allowing you to set your own MIME options and make user
Plain Text Only is ticked.
9) Accept and close everything.

Now whenever you reply to an EV List message (or send a new one) OutLook
will leave you message in plain text and you should be fine.
